About Us
Jalisco Restaurant Authentic Mexican Food is a family-owned restaurant run by Javier Ibarra. The restaurant is named after the town where his mother grew up, Jalisco, in Guadalajara, Mexico. Javier started his own catering business in 2022. As it grew, he decided to open a restaurant that showcases authentic Mexican cuisine.
Jalisco is also known as "The land of delicious salsas, tacos, shrimp cocktails, chilaquiles, menudo, pozole, quesabirria, tortas, and enchiladas." While tacos are a traditional Mexican staple, the cuisine is much more than that because Jalisco's diverse cultural mix significantly influences our flavors. Jalisco Restaurant is known for its delicious tacos, burritos, seafood cocktails, and traditional Mexican dishes.
